Endo- Urology

Educational Objectives:

The ASU Endourology Committee (EC) objectives are to produce, coordinate and organize postgraduate teaching and education activities pertaining to Endourology.  In addition, the EC have to be continuously looking and developing new educational activities. Also, it updates and maintains this activity to the highest level.

The objectives of the EC are:

  1. Propose, prepare and deliver courses (Lectures, hands-on-training, digital library, live-surgery…). Endourology courses should provide the Urologist with relevant, effective education that meets their learning and practice needs. The Courses should be free of commercial bias.
  2. Regularly review the course curriculum to verify that it is up to date and it meets the high standards.
  3. Select, provide, and review the course faculty and their disclosures. EC have to review faculty evaluations to assess the quality of each faculty member’s: Lecture contents, Audiovisual materials, Interaction with course participants, Freedom from commercial bias.
  4. to provide a feedback from the participants, which will guarantee that the EC curriculum will remain completely up-to-date and is presented in a way considered most appropriate by the participants themselves.
